The Program provides the User with the opportunity to receive a monetary reward for providing services to provide potential Users with reliable information about the operation and benefits of the “Super Torque” Pulse Module.
Terms of the Agency Agreement Program.
1.Participation in the Program is voluntary and begins with the signing of an Agreement for the provision of Agency services between the User and the Representative in writing.
- The validity period of the Agreement for the provision of Agency services between the User and the Representative is for 1 (one) year and can be extended subject to the consent of both Parties.
- The agreement on the provision of Agency services between the User and the Representative does not provide for or contain requirements for meeting quantitative standards for attracting new Users.
- Users who have fulfilled the conditions of the “Preferential Price” Program are primarily allowed to participate in the Program;

according to the Partnership Agreement with the Official Manufacturer, the Official Representative does not have the right to refuse the User to participate in the “Agency Agreement” Program if the User complies with the terms of the “Preferential Price” Program and if the User complies with the terms of the User Agreement. - At the discretion of the Representative, Users who have not fulfilled the conditions of the “Preferential Price” Program, but have at least one year of experience in operating the “Super Torque” Pulse Module on the User’s Vehicle, are also allowed to participate in the Program;
- The user who has signed the Agency Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agent, is offered the following procedure:
6.1. share reliable information based on personal experience in operating the “Super Torque” Pulse Module on your own vehicle;
6.2. in the event that a potential User confirms interest in purchasing the “Super Torque” Pulse Module, the Agent may offer to make a preliminary reservation for 15 (fifteen) days, namely
6.3. with the permission of the potential User, send his data – Last Name, First Name and telephone number of the potential User – to the Representative’s resource for booking the “Super Torque” Pulse Module;
6.4. in the event that a potential User activates a reservation during the reservation period, namely, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of sending the data, and, further, after purchasing the “Super Torque” Pulse Module, the next day after the expiration of the Pulse Module return period “Super Torque” (in the Republic of Kazakhstan, fourteen days after purchase) The Agent receives from the Representative an agency fee in the amount of 8% of the full payment amount for the “Super Torque” Pulse Module, in one tranche.
