FPDtech protocols are documents defining the rights, duties, responsibilities and procedures for interaction between all parties, namely:
– User-Representative;
– User-Producer;
– Manufacturer-Representative
and other official FPDtech Documents.
Basic definitions.
– User:
an individual who made a payment to the Official Representative of FPDtech for the purchase of a “Super Torque” Pulse Module, designed to operate in 12v and 24v electrical networks of fuel vehicles.
– Official Manufacturer, hereinafter – Manufacturer:
an individual (individual entrepreneur)/company is the Official Manufacturer of all models of the FPDtech Pulse Module, used for operation in 12v and 24v electrical networks of fuel vehicles.
Note:
The name of the company/individual entrepreneur-Official Manufacturer must be indicated on the Manufacturer’s website www.fpdtech.kz
– Official Representative, hereinafter – Representative:
an individual (individual entrepreneur)/company-Official Representative of FPDtech, who has signed a Partnership Agreement with the Official Manufacturer of FPDtech.
